Lewis Cook has signed a new four-year contract to keep him at Bournemouth until 2022, the club have confirmed.
The 21-year-old has been with the club for two years since joining from Leeds United, making 41 appearances in all competitions for the Cherries. He made 29 Premier League appearances (25 starts) this past season, recording two assists.
Cook make his senior international debut for England versus Italy back in March and is one of five players on standby for Gareth Southgate’s World Cup squad for this summer.
The versatile midfielder told the club’s official website:

Lewis Cook was one of the most popular player for Leeds United in the Championship before making the switch to the Vitality Stadium for an undisclosed fee in 2016.
The young midfielder captained England to success in the under-20 World Cup in South Korea last summer.
